Welcome to Fundle. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Fundle application ("App", "Service"), provided by Yasin Tanrıverdi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Fundle is a multi-platform personal finance and expense tracking tool designed to help individuals and shared groups manage funds, wallets, transactions, budgets, and receipts. You must create an account to use the Service and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Fundle is not a bank, investment advisor, or registered financial planner. All insights, analytics, summaries, and receipt parsing provided by the App are for general organizational and informational purposes only. Fundle does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your financial records.
Fundle offers optional premium subscription tiers ("Fundle Plus") with enhanced features, including unlimited funds, unlimited wallets, AI receipt scanning, CSV data export, and an ad-free experience.
Certain subscription plans may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your account will be automatically charged the standard recurring subscription fee.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings:
All purchases and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Fundle does not issue direct refunds.
The AI Receipt Scanner uses machine learning to extract merchant names, line items, and transaction amounts from photos of receipts. While we strive for high precision, AI text recognition may occasionally misread or omit details. You are advised to review and verify scanned receipts before saving transactions.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure, reverse engineer the App, or upload malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly through the App settings or by sending an email from your registered address to support.fundle@gmail.com.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
